If I get another cat that is. I read someone else's answer and they said that they had a good relationship with their cat, but when they got another, their original cat started hanging with the new cat more often. My cat, Binnie, follows me everywhere in the house; sleeps on my lap when she wants to; sleeps in my bed right next or on top of me; we play various games such as fetch, hide and stalk, hide and attack, stand out in the open and attack lol; she cries if I leave for work w/o saying bye; so on and so forth. I've noticed her sleeping a LOT more than usual, although it could be because she's getting older. She's almost 10 mos. She is spayed and isn't declawed. I'm scheduled to pickup my new kitten, he'll be around 4 or 5 mos old, next month, Feb. I plan on doing the initial closing him off in the bathroom for 2 weeks and letting them smell each other and periodically letting him out and putting her in the bathroom, bla bla bla. Once they're use to each other, will she end up following him and not me or will they both follow me? I somewhat like the attention. Also will they sleep together somewhere else or will one or both sleep in my bed? Just questions that I've now realized. It's okay either way it goes but I really do like waking up and seeing her all stretched out on my bed like it's her bed and rolled over on her back with her arms and legs in the air. And I like watching her try, and always succeeding, to beat me down or up the stairs. It would be great if he turns out to be similar to her since they are of the same breed, Bengal, but then would I end up tripping and falling over one of them? haha

I am 19 years old and I just had my baby 5 months ago. My parents put me out of their house because I would not get an abortion when I was pregnant and because I would not give my son up for adoption. I have since been living on my own and trying to get through my first year of college. 4.3l V6 Yamaha Stern Drive - Intermittent Surging at WOT?

I have a 1992 Chaparral 2000SL with a 4.3L v6 Yamaha (actually a GM engine). I am experiencing a surge sometimes when I open her up over 3500 RPM. The foot is properly trimmed, I have changed the water separater and fuel filter, and It doesn't do it all the time. Usually only after I run the boat, stop and swim, then run back to the marina. It bogs down and wont take throttle, but runs fine until you open the secondaries on the carb. Plugs and Wires appear to be ok, I figured I'd try the message boards before I buy new ones. Help!

My Palm Centro is freaking out. Help please!?

Last week I accidentally dropped it for a few seconds in water, it wasn't totally immersed but the battery and sim card got wet. When I tried to turn the phone back on, the Hotsync application kept popping up and wouldn't allow me to go to any other applications, make calls, etc. However I just took the battery out and let it dry for about 8 hours and my phone was working again. But... today it was about 90 degrees outside and the phone was sitting right in the sun for a few hours, then it started doing the same thing with freezing on Hotsync and blocking any other applications from being opened. Oldsmobile, Silhouette, 1990, Temp guage not working.?

Simple circuit, simple diagnostics. Locate the proper temp. sensor on the motor as there are two. One for the PCM temp. input and one for the driver's guage. The PCM has two wires going to it and the guage has one. All you have to do is unplug the guage from the sensor, turn on the ignition and look at the guage. It should either be at cold or over the hot mark. Now ground the guage wire to the block being sure that it is grounded and re-inspect the guage reading. It should be opposite of the open. If it does both of these functions, the wiring and the guage are responding. Usually we would install a new sensor into the block to see if that is the problem. Since you have already done this and are sure it is not the problem, you have a faulty dash guage. I think these require a complete dash embly which is pricey. Good luck.

Im uming you're talking about a wireless router here. Usually, routers have a sticker on the side or bottom that gives you the default user name and pword for the login page. Once you login, you can change the user and pword to anything you want. And if you ever forget it, there is a small on you push with a pin or paper clip to reset all the routers settings to default. Teething and fever....?

my youngest, now 17months, has always had a slight fever when cutting each and every tooth (14 teeth now)...more so, he always cuts his teeth in pairs or within days of each other which I think is related to the fever as his body is doing over time. However, these fevers have usually been slight, maybe 38 or so at most and not too long lasting, so at 40C for 24hours I would be thinking maybe it were a virus but the thing is we'll never know lol, but to me it seems a bit to coincidental to not be the teeth causing the temps all the time but whether this temp is from the teeth is hard to tell.

I wouldn't recommend the highland white terrier because terriers are hard to train, but to me pom poms are cute and fluffy and might be easier to train and to handle. But remember which ever you do get they both need daily grooming so they don't get matted,and professionally trimed and groomed 2 times a year.

Well starting with humility 101 , I would recommend to take the advanced versions in charity and loving thy neighbor. Jigs Dinner as we call it. Lol. Basically you boil salt beef until it's fully cooked, Drain some of the water so it's not too salty, then boil your red skin potatoes, and carrots until cooked. Then make doe boys. Basically doe boys are mixing flour, er and salt and rolling it up in a ball and placing it top of your vegetables in the pot and letting it cook for 10-15 minutes. You take up your potatoes and carrots and doe boys and pour the liquer over your food. It's salty but not too salty and the doe boys soak up the liquer wonderfully and it is one of the best tasting dinners I have ever had. Have you ever tried this? If not does it sound good to you?

I just had a baseball game and listen to how it went?

My team and this other team are the 2 best teams int he district and they won the first game 2-0, so we had to win this game to have a shot at winning the title. they have 0 losses in district we have 1 to them. we got down 6-0 in 4th. in the 5th we scored 4 runs on 2 home runs. then in the bottom of the 6th, we only play 7 innings in HS, our star player hit a 2 run jack to but us up 7-6 but in the top of the 7th they scored 2 runs to make it 8-7 in bottom of the 7th we scored 1 to tie 8-8 so on to Extra inngs.. in the 10th inning they scored 2 runs to make 10-8.. but then in the bottom of the 10th we socred 2 runs and we had a guy on second and our 2b hit a blooper with 2 outs to win it for us 11-10 in 10 innings.. so unless we lose tuesday which we probally wont hopefully.. gotta play in a week to decide district chamionship.

When I relocated from New York City to Los Angeles, someone at my New job after talking with him asked me, what country are you from? It was not long though before I began sounding like a Californian. The change takes place very subtly over a period of time. I have lived in many places here in the states and now have a well rounded accent. Mac OSx. I'm not sure if it was racially motivated, but the original guy looked a bit goofy. I think the head that they replace it with didn't look any better and was clearly a bad photoshop job. Why won't my body let me sleep?

I mean, Im getting really pissy about this. Every time I fall asleep, my body sends out this violent spams and violent thrusting and mive itching every time I fall asleep. I have looked up PLMD and RLS, but I don't know. One time I tried to sleep, my body shook violently, I acutally sprained a muscle in my neck and broke one of my toes. Ok, first off, in answer specifically to your question, "yes", they can get allergies. However, you NEED to take her into the vet. Those symptoms can be for a variety of things that I JUST discovered for my cat, which turned into a very long ordeal. It can be an Upper Respiratory Infection, the allergies can turn into asthma/allergic-bronchitis, or some kinds of infectious diseases. I don't mean this to scare you, only to warn against uming that symptoms for cats work like ours. I really really recommend taking to the vet! Hope she gets better soon!

In an ultrasound, what could the black spots on my ovaries be?

So, I thought I was pregnant and went to the doctor and he took some blood to be tested. A week later I had to go see him for an ultrasound and we found out I was not pregnant right there because there was no baby, just about 6 black spots on each ovary. The doctor told me that he was testing for polycystic ovarian syndrome and that is what he thinks it is. Today (5/16) is a week later and the nurse called me with my bloodwork results. Every thing (my glucose, thyroid, and insulin levels) came up normal (except for the preg test which was negative), so I asked the nurse what this meant and she had no idea, but that it probably wasn't poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. She said she would have the doctor call me, but its too late now and I don't want to wait for tomorrow. Does any one know what this could be. Please help! Thanks!

Crazy roommate watching TV?

My roommate is always watching TV when I wanna sleep. He's a very good guy, really, but somewhat crazy... I asked him several times to turn it off, but he simply ignored me. Then one day I simply turned it off with a hammer. It was quite showy, but provoked a furious quarrel. We were still roommates after that. The problem was solved for about a couple of months. But now it starts happening again and again. I wanna sleep, and he wanna watch some TV crap. I don't wanna use hammer again (quite expensive). How could I render that damned TV unusable so that he can't repair it but don't think I'm somehow involved into that "malfunction"? I wanna sleep! Help please.

Idea's for an Asian themed wedding?

I am trying to figure out some idea's for my Asian themed wedding. It is not going to be traditional Asian but i want Asian "flare" to it. Like the decorations and party favors. I am trying to think of something clever to print out on paper and attach to the chopstick favors about "you must have two chopsticks..." (You know something about needing two chopsticks like the married people need each other just not that cheesy) I am not having the bridesmaid dresses Asian but chiffon knee length and sleeveless (not strapless) I need some ideas. Just throw some stuff out there for me. I also need to keep it under $5000, the entire wedding.

Should I give this Baby Shower Help me please with advice.?

I asked a friend could I give her a baby shower, her reply to me was yes I can. I did not realize she wanted it to be very very extravagant. I told her and her family up front the shower would be nice but my money is only limited. I told them what I was going to serve and how I was going to set things up; They came to me and told me how they wanted it to be done and the way they want it will cost me hundreds of dollars. I told them again my money is limited, I just had a new baby myself. They began to go out and buy their own food and setting they bought their own games they want to play they have almost took it out of my hands; then they told one of our friends I do things cheap. I thought when you give a person a baby shower you buy everything and do everything for their shower; the person who you are giving it for is not suppose to buy everything and then take it over and say to me, you just stick to being over playing the games, I am offended am I right or wrong? Someone told me the person you are giving the baby shower for can tell you what they want the shower to look like and what they want to eat, I did not know that! she wants a table to be spread for a queen, I was going to do a simple meal she wants this lavish meal, I thought they just come and be honored, the shower is in four weeks the invitations have not been sent out because they say their going out and buy some more prettier invitation to send out because they do not like the ones I bought, no Mine are not $15.00 invitations but they are not cheap either. I am hurt I do not want to give this baby shower they have called all my people who was going to help me give the shower and put their own friends in, my helper are hurt too; now they are going around telling people they are giving their own baby shower because I do things tacky. Should I not have anything else to do with it even though I said I would give it, is it proper to take my hands off now at this late date? I've already bought some spagehetti and the sauce and chicken wings and they told others if I bring spagehetti to the shower they are going to throw it in the garabage. Parents, do YOUR parents give your kids "stuff"?

We live far from our family, so my mom likes to bring my kids little presents, which is fine. But she brings things that are just clutter (my mom has collections, I hate collections), things they already have (ANOTHER box of colored pencils), or stuff she has collected like freebies which she has no use for and neither do we. For example, a bag full of shells that somebody else collected is not nearly as exciting as the ones you collected OR a figurine that was once meaningful to you, but pointless to somebody else. The "stuff" either gets piled up on their bookshelves/dressers, or tossed in the bottom of the closet. My kids already collect enough of their own "treasures", so the extras create nothing but clutter. I am nowhere near a neat-freak, but am trying to teach my kids to pick and choose what is important and not everything is meant to be kept forever. I know she wants to bring them something, but how do I gently tell her 1 useful, yet inexpensive gift each is better a bag each of miscellaneous items that we don't know to do with. And before anybody bad-mouths me, yes, I completely appreciate the thought, but all parents know just how quickly kids "stuff" can get out of hand, if you let it.

One of my friends who is about two weeks ahead of me had the same kind of problems, and she had miscarried a twin, but the other baby is fine. I have had 4 miscarriages, and in none of those did my HCG continue to rise, so that is a positive sign. But, as others have said, if something is going wrong chances are it would be a blighted ovum. This kind of stuff is hard to deal with. My thoughts are with you.

I have a baby lovebird around 5-6 months old. I have had him for about 3 months now. I have noticed his poo is not white and green. I is either all green, red/orange and green, or a yellow and green, Sometimes it is white and green though. I looked it up and they said it could be different colors if the birds food has dyes in it. All the colors his poop has been is the color of his food. He has round pieces of food that are different colors (Red, Yellow, Green). I am no nutritionist or bird specialist but I do not think all these dyes are good for him. Expecially if his body is just ping them through. I am afraid he is getting poor nutrition and the dyes are hurting his body. Can u switch a birds food if I do the switch slowly by slowly decreasing original food and increasing his new food? Thanks

What can I do about a cut in my throat? I can feel it every time i swallow anything. It's really been bugging me and I've had it for like 2 days already. Any suggestions as what I can do to help heal the cut? Anything that doesn't involve buying medicine?
