Should I go to UNC Chapel Hill or NC State if I want to major in biology?

I eventually want to become a pediatrician. I am number 11 out of 445 at the end of my junior year. I have a 3.931 ulative unweighted GPA and a ulative weighted GPA of 4.639. Which college do you think I would have a better chance of getting in to? Thanks for all the help!!!
