Is there a type of makeup that wont be removed by water?

i have this ugly dark birthmark on my lower abdominal and tummy area i want to wear my bikini bottom but it shows my birthmark and i dont want to wear my shorts high to hide it so is there a type of makeup or a way to hide the birthmark and it wont come off when i go swimming please someone help?!!
