Are there programs that I qualify for that will help cover the expenses of the birth and doctors visits?

I live in Arkansas and I am 3 months pregnan and I have health insurance, but it isn't very good, I was wondering if there were any government programs that will help cover the cost of the medical bills that my insurance doesn't cover, I was told that if I qualified for WIC that I would also qualify for something that would help cover the cost, but I myself thought that you could only get help with the medical if you had no insurance at all.
