What do you think... am i fat?

i am 4 foot 10" and i weigh 86 pounds and i have like a lot of fat kind of on my stomach. maybe like 2 rolls when i slouch but when i sit up straight i have a kind of flat stomach but i think i look fat!!!! am i?
