What would you do if you found out that your boss was sleeping with your mother?

I was watching an episode of The Office last night and the plot was that Michael Scott, the manager of the paper firm that is the setting of the show, started sleeping with and dating the mother of his co-worker, Pam. Pam handles it by screaming and yelling at Michael during a meeting and causing an uproar at the office. I was just curious to know what you guys would do if your boss started having an intimate relationship with your mother. In this case, let's pretend that your mother is actually single and still alive if not the case already. Would you quit your job? Would you not speak to your mother? What would you do?
