I am so confused! Should I prepare for the worst? Sorry if TMI?

My HGC levels did not double, I had bright red bleeding, and as I sit here she is kicking the keyboard out of her way because I am 26 week along. It is so hard to be in that position, so unsure about what is happening and having to wait. It could be a lot of things, the best thing is the sonogram to tell everyone what is going on. One of my friends who is about two weeks ahead of me had the same kind of problems, and she had miscarried a twin, but the other baby is fine. I have had 4 miscarriages, and in none of those did my HCG continue to rise, so that is a positive sign. But, as others have said, if something is going wrong chances are it would be a blighted ovum. This kind of stuff is hard to deal with. My thoughts are with you.
