It seems that you basically put it on the line already. I know you would miss the cuddling but you could go without seeing him for a few days that might get him to be go with labeling you as his girlfriend again. Or you can keep doing what your doing, eventually if the love is still there you two won't be able to hold much longer to the heat of pion drives you two to kiss. When that happens you are really going to have to be more firm and let him know it's getting serious now to the point that this limbo thing your going through isn't working. Hopefully he wises up and chooses to be with you, you seem like a nice enough girl.
