What does she mean by "weigh both sides of the argument"?

means try to understand both sides like if u had a dong and your brother wanted to get rid of it and u wanted to keep it u already understand why you want to keep it now try to understand and see from his side of why he would want to get rid of it then try to figure out which is better with out being byous to ether one of them. hope that makes sense
