How often do police follow through with anonymous tips? I am about to make one tomrorow.?

So my ex cheated on me with this ***** from another state and now they are dating. She is flying out to celebrate his birthday with him at a rave in california. I know she might be smuggling ectascy over in her luggage, so I reported that to airport security for 2 airports in ohio that she is probably flying from. I have her last and first name, phone #, address, and what hotel they will be staying at for the rave in cali. I know they are going to have drugs on them in the hotel and underage drinking. This girl is also using a fake id. so I want to make an anonymous tip to the police in that county. I am going to say there will be a drug deal in process, with possible prostitution and possible illegal firearms. How often do police follow through with anonymous tips? Should I leave my name so it looks more serious? Do you think they will go to their hotel and bust them? I really want them to go down.
