What's so bad about Cesar Millan?

Everyone says he fools people by making them think hes changing dog behavior in minutes. But his show displays the time it actually took to do the exercise. And whats this outdated nonsense? If its simple and it works, why not? Theres plenty of ways to train your dog and hes showing his way of doing it on TV. He seems like a cool guy all this controversy about him is rediculous.
