Does the right wing refer to Obama as "thug" or "Kenyan" as dog whistle code words in place of the "n" word?

They say they call him a Chicago "thug" because of Chicago's stereotypical past of mobsters and gangsters, but I don't believe that for one second. Mayor Daley and other politicians in Chicago are not referred to as "thugs" - because they are obviously White. It's clearly dog whistle code language to the right wing base to try to scare White people, just like The New Black Panther story, Shirley Sherrod, and Acorn being Fox News's biggest stories of the year.
