How accurate are the pregnancy tests that give results 6 days before missed period?

So I'm a 24 year LPN, and my boyfriend and I are trying to concieve. This will be our first. So exciting. Anyway, I ovulated on the 19th and of course had twice. My period is due nov 2nd, on a 28 day cycle, would I get an accurate result if I took a test today?
