Do you think all drivers should be forced to watch a video of horrific car accidents?

I was just thinking about how many needless risks get taken by careless drivers who think they are invincible. Do you think it would be a good idea if drivers were only allowed their license on condition that they had to sit through a video of the most gruesome, graphic examples of accidents caused by stupidity or lack of attention?
