My friend is in a bad situation at home, and can't get any help. She has ran away, gotten the police and dhs involved.. and nothing has worked, And everyone is desperate for her to get out, her latest idea is to get married to her boyfriend, they love each other and been together for a long while. But is there anywhere she can get married at 16 and him at 18 without parental consent?
