MD's, nurses, PA's etc... Help!?

Pediatric Nurse practitioner or head nurse pediatrics? Also is there a chief pediatric nurse/ nurse practitioner? Whats all the differnce? Please help! I don't care if you are in pediatrics or not just please try to answer what you know THANKS!!
