2310hrs, the quiet pub in my area (Marton) was aggressively raided by cops looking for "drugs" all the young guys who do drugs had all gone down the town as you might expect, and the only men in there were over 50s finishing off thier drinks before walking home. My 56 year old fater was accosted and searched! Apperntly it was "intelligence led" but its entirely ludicrous, i could understand it earler in the evening but after last orders? Anyway, its a first for me cos im not a whiny liberal, but i actually want to write a letter of complaint to the utter buffoon that thought this was a good idea. So, does anyone know, who would have sanctioned this action (i presume chief constable?) and where i can get his name and address in order to send him a letter?

(Actual Charges)Transport/sell narcotic controlled substance-les Does anyone know what the les stands for? poss.marijuana 28.5 grams or less/violation of parole/posess narcotic controlled substance! Authorities tend to exaggerate the facts (the 3 drug charges pertain to 1 amount) not exactly sure of amount but he had it for personal usage not what the arresting officers jumped the gun and umed! My friend was already under prop 36! Im really concerned for his future! Can someone with or without experience dealing with these type of cases please help me provide him with the best strategy in dealing with this unfortunate situation to make it one thats resolved with minimal time of incarsoration!!
